Refund Policy
- 100% Free Replacement in case of manufacturing defects.
- If the customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount is going to be refunded via an equivalent source within 3-5 working days.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must be need approval by our team & item must be unused and in the same condition as that you received it. & it’s must be in the original packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, courier charges will be deducted from actual payment and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
Return Policy
- Our Customer Service Department is offered to help you must a problem arise along with your order. Please check your packages immediately upon and notify us promptly of any damage or error within 24 hr. Should an item be shipped to you incorrectly, as the results of a mistake on our part, we’ll take quick and appropriate action to correct the problem.
- Before returning any items, please contact the Customer Service Department to Return Material and shipping instructions.
- We will do our best to fulfill requests to return material. Returns accepted for items ordered should be initiated with 24 hr from product delivery.
Shipping Policy
- We provide free shipping on almost all products it’s means shipping charges are included in the final price, In some cases if you do not accept the package during the delivery attempts you need to bear forward and return shipping charges.
- In cash on delivery, orders need to be paid 10% advance + ₹99/- but if you did not take the package during the delivery attempt that amount we take as courier forwarding/returning shipping charges
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you are shipping an item over 1500 INR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Replacement Policy
- The replacement is going to be done as long as there are manufacturing defects and not for size issues or color change. informed within 24 hr of delivery. and after returning the damaged goods we’ll replace the item within 10 business days.
Customized Products Policy
- We Make Products on order, we specially make it for you in that case we do not serve that product to other customers so no return, replacement, refund, or cancellation is possible for customized products.
- Some of the other reusable products we make it for you on order but you refuse to accept it In that case advance amount can’t be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
- In case of cancellation of order within 24 hr of the order given, the transaction amount is going to be refunded in MotorBikeCustoms Wallet
Special Note
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- For apply Return / Refund / Replacement We need complete unboxing video without PAUSE or STOP while opening courier package.
- Return / Refund / Replacement / Cancellation policy not available for any customize products because that product we specially make for you & that product we not use for another person so we strictly follow this policy rule.
